According to Section 1 of the Standards of Apprenticeship 29 CFR 29.5, your apprentice must have an apprenticeship agreement on file with the Office of Apprenticeship (OA) to be eligible for enrollment.
An apprentice’s registration for FWAPHCC apprenticeship program will not be accepted unless they have an Apprenticeship Agreement on file.
To be completed electronically through the RAPIDS program
- Register your company with the OA’s office.
- Sponsors will receive their username and login details, for RAPIDS, upon registering with RAPIDS.
- If you are registered but have trouble accessing your RAPIDS account or need assistance completing the registration, please contact the OA's office directly (contact information located below).
- Attach a copy of the Apprenticeship Agreement (Form 671) to the FWAPHCC Registration Form
- Applicable to all P1 students and any apprentice new to FWAPHCC
- Not required for returning students who already have one on file
