- Four-Year Plumbing Apprenticeship Program – Comprehensive training designed to take you from beginner to licensed professional.
- Two-Year Fast Track HVAC Program – Includes EPA 608 Certification to help you get ahead in your career faster.
Both programs combine hands-on, on-the-job training with engaging classroom instruction from experienced industry professionals. Classes run from September through April in our fully equipped facility, featuring multiple classrooms and a dedicated lab for hands-on experience.
How to Get Started
If you’re new to the plumbing or HVAC trades, here’s what you’ll need to know to begin your apprenticeship:
- Employer Sponsorship – All apprentices must be registered with FWAPHCC through their employer and be sponsored by a licensed plumbing contractor. Each licensed contractor may sponsor up to two apprentices.
- RAPIDS Registration – Your employer must register you in the RAPIDS system with the OA’s office.
- PLA Licensing Requirement – Plumbing apprentices must be registered with the PLA’s office and obtain their apprentice license by the second year of the program.
