Every apprentice is allowed one absence per semester. This is due to the RTI requirements mandated by the state of Indiana.
More than one absence in a term will result in immediate removal from the apprenticeship program. Tuition, and any other fees already paid, will not be refunded. The apprentice will receive an incomplete for the course and will be required to repeat the course before going on to the next level.
SCHOOL CLOSINGS
FWAPHCC Apprenticeship program will follow all Allen County Indiana Travel Status Regulations (Class will not be held when in a Warning Status).Â
Should FWAPHCC close for weather related conditions, the Executive Coordinator will notify the sponsor via email, and the instructor will notify their students of the cancellation.
A makeup day for this canceled class will be assigned at the instructor’s discretion. The attendance policy will apply for this makeup day.
